Suzuki Announces increase in car Prices

LAHORE—As the currency is under pressure from rising gas costs, Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) has raised the prices of its most popular models, the Alto, Cultus, and Swift. The price increases go up to Rs180,000, with the Suzuki Cultus AGS suffering the largest rise.

Suzuki Alto

The Suzuki Alto VX now costs Rs2,331,000 following a rise of Rs80,000, while the Alto VXR now costs Rs2,707,000 after an increase of Rs95,000.

Alto VXR AGS’s price has increased by Rs95,000 to Rs2,894,000, while Alto VXL AGS’s pricing has remained steady at Rs3,045,000.

Suzuki Cultus

The Suzuki Cultus AGS is now priced at Rs 4,466,000 after an increase of Rs 180,000. The Suzuki Cultus VXR has a set price of Rs3,858,000.

Suzuki Swift

Suzuki Swift GL MT and Swift GLX CVT now retail for Rs4,421,000 and Rs5,125,000, respectively, an increase of Rs85,000 each.
